Royal Medical Transportation holds an agency license from the Virginia Department of Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services, for ground ambulance at the Advanced Life Support level. Royal is certified as both a BLS and an ALS provider.
BLS and ALS ambulance service from Richmond
Royal EMS provides Basic and Advanced Life Support ambulance transport across Virginia. BLS crews are certified EMTs: vital sign monitoring, oxygen administration, patient stabilization, and a safe ride to the medical center. ALS transports add a higher level of care for patients who need it.
